Volunteer

Volunteering for the Boulder Creek High School Band has many benefits.  It supports students’ education by fostering musical talent, discipline, and teamwork.  It builds a close-knit community of like-minded individuals, offering personal growth opportunities by developing skills like organization and leadership.  Volunteers make a tangible difference by aiding with fundraising, event planning, and rehearsals.  They also inspire a love for music, encourage extracurricular involvement, and create lasting memories through concerts and trips.  Volunteering teaches teamwork, unity, and belonging, promoting a sense of pride among students.  Moreover, it contributes to the local community and demonstrates a commitment to education.  Ultimately, volunteering for the school band is a rewarding experience that benefits students, volunteers, and the community alike, shaping the future of young musicians and enhancing the overall educational experience.

Parents and guardians are welcome to volunteer at camps, home games, away games, and competitions throughout the year. Take part in your child’s enjoyment and maybe even re-live a few of your “glory days” by volunteering your time. The Band Boosters will post volunteer events throughout the year using Signup Genius. Volunteer events will be announced via email and on the website so be sure to check often.
